Good quality, quick delivery and excellent customer service
The PC I bought was a prebuilt system and exactly suited my requirements. I just had to ask one question which was immediately satisfactorily answered. Thus it was immediately dispatched and was received the following day. I would recommend PC Specialist to anyone wanting a good custom PC.

Delivered to next door neighbour even though I was at home
I specially stayed in for the day but for some inexplicable reason the delivery driver did not appear to knock on my door or ring the doorbell. Instead he left a slip of paper in my letter box saying left next door at number 30.
My delivery was in fact in my next door neighbours and I was able to retrieve it just a few minutes after it had been delivered. However it would have been much better if the delivery driver had made more effort to deliver it to my own address. I checked my doorbell and it was working perfectly.
