Good price, poor delivery

The product arrived on the fourth attempt and 8 working days after the original delivery date. Customer services first attempt at sorting out the problem failed. For some resaon they seemed unable to get the correct delivery address to the supplier. The price was good and as a first purchase I hope the delivery problems are a rare incident.
