I have been having my hair coloured, cut and been wearing extensions for 6 years and have never complained or written a review mostly because I believe doing so won't fix a problem. However, I am desperate for the same experience I had not to happen to somebody else so am writing this, I had my extensions cut in previously at Rush Bromley and, although I had to pay for two cuts (£140), I didn't mind as I was delighted with the results. I went back and was recommended Jemma the 'hair extension technician' to cut in two new extension rows. I repeatedly asked her not to cut my natural hair and could only watch dumbfounded as she cut an inch chunk out of the front of one side of my fringe...I wish I could turn back the clock and have left then. She started cutting my two new rows of extensions and despite telling her not to cut the original two bottom rows that I wasn't replacing, she picked up one of the rows and cut it two inches shorter than I had repeatedly asked her to. When I saw this, she looked at me without any real concern and asked 'well what do you want me to do about it?' She then wandered off, leaving her manager to try and help me with the extensions I had left...no apology or attempt to help me. These are extremely expensive extensions and although I called customer services and they have given me the money to replace the row, my fringe is still alot shorter than the opposite side and I have attended two weddings in the meantime and had to pay to have updo's done as I had no extensions. The mistakes themselves are bad and had me close to tears in the salon but this girl's attitude appalled me the most as she did the opposite of what I asked (which was a really simple cut) and then had so much disregard for the mistake she had made and didn't even acknowledge me for the rest of the visit. Please don't let this girl near your hair as I really don't want this nightmare to happen to anyone else.
