Excellent service in Scotland!

I'm a couple of hours away from the depot in Glasgow and I wasn't home for the first delivery attempt but the guys were very helpful and got my parcel to me with minimum fuss. I'd like to thank those guys publicly for their customer service.
(The main Web site could be better though...)
