I was unsure at first, because of the price, but I wish I had bought it earlier.
I have problems with my joints so can't lift or manoeuvre a normal vacuum . This one has great suction, is easy to manoeuvre, and is light enough to lift. I was really surprised with it being re-chargeable that it is as powerful as a normal good vacuum, has no lead to get tangled up with and can do a whole house easily on one charge. To empty is simplicity itself, just empty out the brick-like dust blocks. I would buy again if I had to.

The charms were well described, and arrived well protected. I thought they looked better than the photos and I will definitely use Charm Heaven in the future.
