Parcel didn't arrive and 15 days later still waiting for a replacement or refund. apparently waiting to hear from their courier however my contract is with boohoo not UPS! Very badly dealt with and no customer service contact number adds to the frustration
Having Regularly bought Ted Baker clothing and accessories it is only on the one occasion that I had to return some shoes due the the colour being unsuitable. I sent these by recorded delivery costing over 8.00 to return. I strongly recommend reading the refund policy as after several calls to customer services it would appear they have no intention of refunding my payment for 30 working days...almost 6 weeks after I paid out 110.00.. I am appalled And as a retailer myself see no valid reason why it should take that long...very upset and will never order via the website again.
