Last week, after many weeks of struggling to manage conference calls, take notes and facilitate webex sesions, I decided to do what I had postponed for so long and decided to buy a headset for a 'state of the art' Avaya something-or-other...... I'll cut a long and boring story short but share with you the highlights of dealing with friendly John who talked me through what I needed, despatched by order the same day and had it at my office the following morning, A great service, with no fuss and a genuine desire to nget me the right solution as quickly as possible. Just to put the cherry on the cake - I had asked the facilities manager in my 'serviced office' building for support and hadn't got a response beyond 'I'll look intoit for you.....'
