Missing part!

Delivery was fine and everything seemed good until I attempted to put the flush together and realised the refill tube was missing which meant I could not install the toilet. I called customer services and they agreed to send one but it will not be with me for 48 hours which puts my schedule out completely. My fault I suppose as should have checked everything immediately but as the bag was sealed I wrongly assumed everything would be there. Also, £35 for delivery is way too high, only ordered because this was one of the few toilets I could find that will fit easily into my existing plumbing. My tip would be to carefully check you have everything you need before you start installation (luckily I did).

Thank you for your feedback in relation to the missing item. We always advise that all items are checked upon delivery to ensure that everything is intact ready for installation as all items are packaged and sealed by the manufacturer. I notice from the notes on your account that you did not report the missing item for 4 days which unfortunately has caused a delay for your installer. All parts are sent out for next day delivery (24 hours) but as you only reported the missing part at 8pm you had missed the cut off for next day parcel deliveries as this can only be processed the next day. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience which you have experienced due to the missing part.
