I ordered some furniture from FDF, a second lot and may I add that FDF are wonderful as they are not at fault here as the first order came with no problems, as they used a different company to deliver. This time I am still waiting for my furniture and it should have been delivered last Friday!! XDP Express (East Yorkshire) have lied!! They put on tracking form CARDED!! This was put on at 5:01pm on Friday so I rang up the (unhelpful) man said "Oh thats a mistake it should not have been put on" I asked him if my furniture was coming as it was next day delivery and he said "Yes it will as we have two vans out delivering and they out untill 7pm delivering" We waited in 8 hours on Friday and also Saturday. I rang up a gentleman from XDP at Sheffield who was very helpful and very apologetic he told me to ring Birmingham office where I was spoke to with the worsed, rude customer service jargon ever!! I then rang the gentleman back at Sheffield to complain and again he was very apologetic! (Well done Sheffield Depot) I eventually was told they dont deliver on Saturdays (What??) I complained by email to customer services ... no reply there! I am STILL WAITING for my furniture to arrive .... I have never in my life seen such bad customer service from a company where the delivery guys put CARDED up on tracking form and appear to get away with it!! Wheres the management .... look at this feedback ... LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! Please do not tell me to email customer services ... DONE THAT!!! HEARD NOTHING ... IT MUST BE CARDED!!!!!!
