Very simple order: a desk and a chair, next day delivery... What can go wrong?
Day 1) Took day off work as they couldn't arrange for a deliery time. I call them to make sure, and they said that they have messed it up and half of the items will be delivered that day, and the rest on the next day
Day 2) Took day off work. They promised to deliver as early as possible. It was around 4-5pm. They told me I should wait for 3 items, 3 items indeed arrived. Unpacking them I discovered that a pice of the desk is missing. Calling the driver to make sure he didn't forget anything in the car.... Calling them, and they replly "oh, we're sorry, we'll deliver it another day". Can't take THIRD day off work because they messed up the delivery, so they deliver 4 days later at work and then I have to curry it myself home.
A month later) Relized that all the calls I had to make to deal with their incompetence was at a premium number and costed in total 15 pounds.
So to summarize:
Next day delivery: Took one week, and I have to curry one piece myself
Price: +15 pounds and a few hours spend talking to them
Wouldn't leave a negative comment as they did manage to resolve the whole thing at the end, but changed my mind after seing the phone bill. Makes you think they do it in purpose just to get the extra profit....
