I love to receive new email every day to see what is on offer, but I have placed my first order, delivered no problem but the wrong colour, it came in pink and my order was for blue, contacted you and arranged for collection but when email came through my house number was wrong, it was down as number 8a, my house number IS 8d, I emailed so you could contact the delivery company but he still went to 8a, so I am left here with a parcel, DPD have now cancelled my collection, I have emailed you so many times but am not getting anywhere, every telephone number is automated, SO I AM LEFT WITH A PARCEL FOR COLLECTION AND A REFUND.
