I bought Assassin's Creed III Deluxe Edition while it was on offer. Since I had a question regarding the offers I was in contact with the support(Takes 2-3 weeks for them to answer and one of the mails was written in a different language). For some reason the person suddenly refunded the game and put the money into my steam wallet without asking or anything. The person even claimed it was a special service(Even though according to the law you can get anything refunded with money back within 2 weeks, which this case was). I asked to get my game back but they told me I had to buy it again and now I have to pay full price. It is not just bad support but even legal issues.
