I recently bought a designer piece of beautiful furniture from Achica for the first time. Whilst I am delighted with my purchase and actually wish I had bought two or even more pieces of this range I must say for a first time experience I felt a little let down that I received no confirmation email of my purchase. I also waited a good three weeks for delivery but noticed that payment had been taken at the time of purchase. The waiting time was not a problem but it would have been nice to have been kept updated and received a short explanation that this is the normal procedure when buying from your site. I had to find this information out for myself on the website whilst looking for a customer services number to call - which incidentally does not seem to exist? All in all lovely product and well displayed but please a little more customer contact! If you want customers to trust you, you need to keep them better informed throughout.
