Great coffee machine
I got my villaware coffee machine and it is great, I did notice that from new you need to test it about five times before water came out so do try for longer when you first try it out.
I would of liked to have had a receipt for the item as it comes with three year guarantee, no good without receipt.
Like others it took for ever to arrive but as this was a groupon deal I think we had to wait untill the offer had closed before they ordered the machine from there suppliers.

It took seven working days to get here but all is well I am pleased with the item and wish I had not worried so much after reading the small print on the web site
It didn't help that I had read bad Feedback on wwwsimplyelectronicsnot.com
