Gadget Grotto

Avoid like the plague!

I placed my order on-line on the 29th Janauary 2013 & the money was deducted instantly from my account. I waited and waited for my delivery to turn up but it never did. I contacted them asking where my delivery was and was told to wait 14 days to see if it arrived. I did that and then contacted them again saying it was still missing. Customer services said they would check with the warehouse to see if the item had been returned and then silence - I have been emailing them constantly but have received no response or any assurance I will get my money back. Awful customer service and no way of actually speaking to anybody on the telephone. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Not only did I not receive my husband's birthday present I have had to pay for an item never received/sent. I am contacting trading standards and my bank to see how I can recover my stolen money.

Customer services has advised that your order had been dispatched on time however it has been lost in transit. Unfortunately such things can occur and we have been investigating this with our dispatchers. In the meantime, a full refund has been charged back to your card.

Total Warehouse

Fantastic goods & service

Very happy with my order placed on-line with Total Warehouse. Even though two of the smaller items were damaged in transit they replaced them without hesitation. The customer service representative Becky was lovely and very helpful with my complaint and I would recommend them to others.
