Big Dog World

Communication good but had problem with delivery.

This is the third or maybe fourth time I have ordered with Big Dog World - never normally have any problems although this last time after receiving an email to confirm a delivery date and time the driver never turned up because they had too many deliveries - this is what I got told by Big Dog World after ringing twice to chase delivery. Delivery came the next day but in the meantime I had wasted my time waiting for them (I could have been informed) and had run out of food in the meantime so still had to go out to make a purchase elsewhere. No offer of refund/discount for complication which would have been nice - not sure if I will risk placing an order again.
