Great site but delivery/contact could be better

Great site and very quick delivery, but I wasn't in when the parcel was delivered so had to wait quite a few more days for it to be re-delivered when I knew I'd be in the house. Also, the e-mail saying the item had been dispatched came AFTER they had tried to deliver to parcel.

Otherwise great product and very pleased with the service.
