Awful service

So disappointed in their service. I paid almost £2000 for a Rangemaster cooker, which I had to wait a month for. We decided to go for the delivery, disconnection and installation on top of this. The delivery guys phoned me at 9am to say that they were 25 minutes away. Five minutes later their electrician turned up. When I explained that the cooker was 20 minutes away, he said that he wouldn't wait and that I would just have to sort it out with the delivery company and Appliances Direct because he had other places to be. Customer service? The delivery guys then showed up and I had to ask them to take the new cooker away because I had nowehere to store it. They, by the way, were very helpful. So, why don't the delivery people and the electrician co-ordinate so they can be here at the same time? I guess that one electrician, on his own, would not be able to lift the old range out and put the new one in? I'm certainly not going to be lifting it anytime soon. I would advise you, that if you live in the Cambridge area, you get your own electrician rather than using this one this company employs becuase he's incredibly rude and unhelpful. What a total shower.
