Not always doing what promised
I ordered on Thursday afternoon (before 5pm) and even though my order came up to J60 and I paid extra for the next day delivery as I was going on holiday Sat eve. My neighbour told me the parcel arrived on Monday - three days, that is probably what normal free delivery would take (and did take - with the previous orders). A bit disappointed with the "speedy" delivery.

One of many discounters but one of the worst.
Very unethical discounter and often they do not make all the conditions of purchase clear until after you buy it. I bought a voucher for ink cartridges and the offer stated "ANY cartridge". When I bought it and printed out the voucher, the finest of the finest prints read "excludes originals" - which is exactly what I bought the voucher for. Just make sure you are reading everything twice before buying from them (I personally think I will stay away).
UPD for Wowcher's comment: That's right, I did not see the "excludes originals" in the offer's and can't prove now whether it was on the website before I bought the deal (I presume it was). But in any case this deal was totally misleading and unfair - you cannot advertise as buy ANY cartridge when half of them are excluded.
