Absolutely awful. Booking didn't go through, so I used live chat CS who advised me to retry. I did this and it went through successfully-however it changed my outbound airport to Stanstead but kept return as Gatwick. No warning. Brilliant. I phoned CS who advised me a website investiagtion would be launched and if they could see the fault they would cover the cost of changing the details, I was advised not to contact the airline (Easyjet). They came back to me a day later and said they could see what had happened but it wasn't a fault of their site so that was the matter closed. Fortunately I had ignored their advice and contacted Easyjet myself, who graciously allowed me to change to Gatwick for just £22. Ebookers refused to compensate me. Dreadful webiste and appaling customer service. Will never use again.
