Having read the reviews for this company i was concerned when i placed my order. It was automatically acknowledged immediately . A week later i was emailed that it was ready for despatch. I offered a choice of 2 delivery dates. When my 1st delivery date was approaching & i hadn't heard back from Crincklecrankle i emailed the company and received an apology that my email had gone into the junk items. I received my order on my 2nd chosen date arriving safely & well wrapped.
I am very pleased with my fibreglass terracotta beehive pot which was cheaper than any other supplier i could find on the net.
I have only given 4 stars because i would prefer to have had a telephone contact number which they don't have but i suppose that is reflected in the lower price which includes free delivery.
