The delivery was excellent, I also liked the package...everything was packed in brilliant way. And I was so excited when I received it. I was opening every box and felt so happy that now it is mine.
But the bad thing about my order is that one of the charms from the gift set of three was with the defect and I couldn't stick it on my bracelet. It was a bit of a pain. I tried to screw it harder but it was with the fault and nothing I could do about it.
It is a good thing that I bought it for myself and not as a gift for someone, otherwise I would feel really bad.
Honestly, I believe that Argento can check every charm before sending it to customers to avoid such disappointment.
Today I've sent the charm for exchange and the manager promised me to post it within 2-3 days.
