We had a really bad start to our tour as we got on the bus assured that it was a circular tour which would return to the stop we got on at but were told half way around by the driver that it was the last stop .....leaving me stranded with four young children in an unfamiliar city to find our way. VERY scary!!!!!
However on our second day we found the service fantastic and the guides excellent!! Putting the bad experience behind us I would consider using the tour again on our next visit.
