Prompt delivery but inadequate packaging

My order arrived swiftly but the items had been poorly packaged. The pointed ends of the poles for the windbreak had come through the polythene wrapping exposing the fabric of the windbreak, which had obviously been abraded during transit and looked a bit frayed and dirty. The rest of my order, badminton bats and shuttlecock, had been taped to the outside of the windbreak package with yards of parcel tape (that took some piercing!), making for a very unwieldy package. The bats were ok but the shuttlecock was bent out of shape. I would have returned the order but the items were due to be shipped to France within a few days, so I decided to accept them.
