Products arrived very quickly

I purchased some hair shampoo and conditioner and they arrived very quickly and even had some trial samples to try which was great. Unfortunately though thee products were not packaged very well and the shampoo and conditioner had spilt. I think it would be better if they had, had more soft packaging inside so they wouldnt have spilt if knocked hard.
