Excellent in practice although webdesign could be more idiot-friendly
Even though I knew what I was looking for it took me some time to figure out the correct drop-down menu choices because I didn't know that my PC was classified as a Business version. Perhaps a large HELP coupled with a friendly DON'T PANIC could lead idiots like me to a special " idiots guide" based on a more obvious sort function.
