I recently ordered a ski jacket in a rush 2 days before leaving for a trip. I had been let down by another supplier, hence the late order. I called Taunton Leisure direct, spoke to George who was fantastic. They couldn't get me the jacket I wanted back to the warehouse in time to deliver it for me, so George sorted it to be delivered direct from a shop. The jacket arrived beautifully packaged the next day.
Great service, and so refreshing to call a head office, converse with someone who is English and intelligent too. Thank you :)
