I was in a bit of a mess with returning an Amazon order and ordering a pair of boots that would fit . I phoned your outlet and was delighted to speak to Sarah , who I found to be helpful , patient and a delight to deal with. It is unusual to speak with a young lady with such excellent communication skills ! I will reccomend your company to my friends when they have the need of such goods.
