Parcelforce

Rubbish. Should be put out of its misery

Friend sent me a radio, posted on the 20th by ParcelForce 48 hour service for delivery on Friday. No delivery Friday or Saturday or Monday (3 days waiting in for it).

Parcelforce Tracking system tells me it was collected from the Post Office at 12.23 pm on Wednesday but no more info.

I rang my local depot who say that Parcel Force never collected it! Now they dont know where it is! They insis that the tracking information on the ParcelForce website was entered by the sending Post Office, not by Parcelforce.
What an absolute shambles or worse.
