This website has become a joke since it stopped selling directly (due to new tax rules)
I bought a Star Wars Box-set from a seller... when I bought it the seller had 3 positive and 1 neutral feedback, days later the same only now 8 negative feedback... ALL with the same concern...that the seller didn't post the item.
When you contact PLAY.COM (UK) you receive a standard response, I conplained about that and was give instructions NOT to contact the seller....then later on...to contact the seller!
It will take at least THREE WEEKS from my paying before I have any chance of a refund.... AVOID this site!
So I ordered a Conran Iphone dock, only to be told 24 hours later by PlanetGizmo that they didn't have it in stock, so they took the money from my account and now I have to wait for it to be put back into my bank account. Then I went on their site the following day and I was still able to order the same item (although it was I presume still out of stock), No message as to when or if they will get stock in... so all in all a waste of customers time...they can't even be bothered keeping their website up to date.
