Great Service from Havens and Bulldog Jack!

Ordered the Skyfall Bulldog Jack through Havens, and whilst it was out of stock and a further production run had been required, Havens were very informative throughout the few months delay.

On arrival, I was phoned again, and mentioned that it would make a great surprise for my girlfriend, and when the package arrived, I was very pleased to see that it was gift wrapped with a 'Surprise' Gift tag attached! Very nice touch, and would certainly recommend Havens to anyone.
