Long delay and no answers

I bought a lamp (more than 600 Euros) in May and I received it in November, after thousands of mails from my side asking for information, which sometimes arrived and always was confusing and never giving apologies.
I received the lamp with damages and still wainting for an answer, after sending photos.
My advise: DO NOT USE THIS WEB PAGE
