Ordered a takeaway on Friday and it was cancelled within 10 minutes. The reason given via email was due to payment problems. This was incorrect. There were NO payment problems.
When this was followed up 4 days later, with customer service, I was told the reason was because I was black listed in June 2012. NO reason for this was given. NO apology for this random black listing. They still took my money and now I am chasing this up with them.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
