A good and well run family business

when i first placed my order for my bulldog jack in december Havens did tell me it would probably be about the middle of february before they got their order from royal doulton anyway it did get more to the end of february before they got them which was no fault on Havens part but the communication inbetween was excellent and it was a good speedy delivery and very well packaged i would not hesitate to buy from Havens again im very pleased with my purchase and the service i recieved
