Bought two tickets on last Thurday. Terms & Conditions are not clearly written. Now, I am not able to change even one segment of total 4 in itinerary (want to stay more nights in stop-over) and been told completely non-refundable. When I asked to abandon that segment, the remaining 2 segments (return flight) will be automatically cancelled. My holidays are already ruined though it's not started yet. Dreadful!!!
