I made the order on 17/02/2013 and paid for express delivery. I had not received an update of the delivery for 5 days so I contacted customer services myself on 22/02/2013 . I received an email back to tell me that I had to supply them with permission to deliver to my address because my billing and delivery address were so far apart. They did apologise for the mix up in communication but if I hadn't of contacted them myself I may not have found out- I am due to get the parcel today- 9 days after I ordered it. I have NOT been offered a refund on the delivery cost.
I have since being contacted by Zak at Ellis Brigham who is looking into the issue for me. In the end the item arrived but it wasn't suitable - Ellis Brigham have offered to pay for my return postage as a gesture of goodwill and they were very helpful on the phone. Cant give more than 3 stars though due to the length of delivery delay but overall I would use Ellis Brigham again.
