Poor Communication

over a week and confirmation that they have received goods back or processing a refund

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our returns process.

We advise that it can take up to 21 days for the returns process to be complete and the majority of refund are issued much sooner, as a refund is processed as soon as the item is received.

I have looked into your account history and I can confirm that your returns are currently being processed. You should receive an email within 48 hours to confirm that your refund has been processed.
