After purchasing a Hoover Fridge/Freezer which has now broken down twice in 5 months, i cannot get either Hoover or Currys (Retail World Gateshead) to repair this item, it has now been out of action for over four weeks and despite ringing Currys and Hoover, I have three small children and this is an absolute nightmare. it has cost me a fortune, neither one of them will take any responsibility to resolve the matter. I have given them the opportunity to contact me as a matter of urgency today through their email contact, however, it looks like I am going to have to get the Trading Standards department to intervene and take the matter into their hands.

The Currys call centre system is absolutely disgraceful and if anyone knows a retail body that we can make formal complaint to in relation to this please post a rewiew with the details.
SHAME ON YOU CURRYS AND HOOVER - EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING, I WONT BE SHOPPING WITH CURRYS AGAIN OR BUYING ANY HOOVER PRODUCTS.
