I have purchased from this company on a few occasions for my hair products and have never been disappointed. Even with the free standard delivery my order arrived within 2 days! Not to mention their competetive prices! The customer service is spot on also, if you email with any queries they always respond very quickly and are most helpful. Would definitely recommend!
If I could give this company zero stars, even that would be too many. I ordered a gift from Redsave for a family member on 12th December 2012 thinking it would certainly arrive in time for Christmas, how wrong was I?!!! After numerous emails (as they are not contactable by telephone) I was told my item had been delayed, then was told it had been lost in the post, then I was told they have cancelled my item and will issue a refund. This took me to the first week of January. The infamous 'Scott' who I see everyone else mentions on here told me by email my refund is being processed with their accounts department. I have been told this every week now since the beginning of January. Total and utter bull! They are nothing but thieves! **BEWARE OF THE FAKE MEMBERSHIP THEY SIGN YOU UP TO UPON ORDERING AND THEN START TAKING £19.95 A MONTH FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!!** I am in the process of taking this further. How they are still allowed to trade and con people out of their money is an utter disgrace. AVOID THIS "COMPANY" AT ALL COSTS!!
