Having previously been let down my another company I rang to ensure item was in stock. When this was confirmed I placed my order with a very polite young man on 04.02.13. The web site gave the anticipated delivery time as 5 to 7 days. After 14 days I checked the site and this showed the order status as "awaiting delivery" A few days later as the status remained the same I emailed with no response and then tried the "we can call you service" which despite several attempts refused to work. I then called on 23.02.13 and was advised that enquiries would be made. I was subsequently contacted on 26.02.13 and was told that the item was no longer available and my money would be refunded.
