I bought a T-Shirt and paid for 1st Class delivery in ate december. Two months on, I still have not received the item. I only received an email on the 11th of January saying that the T shirt was out of stock. The telephone number provided on the confirmation email is constantly directing me to an answering machine. The transaction is very poorly executed, actually not executed at all!

We are sorry for the delay with your T-shirt which due to a stock file error was not available. We have had this item on back order for a while now and so have cancelled the back order and processed a refund.
