Quality and size guides of the dresses and other clothing on this site is fab. But when comes to the delivery derives its terrible. I have never had any problems with buying and receiving items from here before untill my last purchase excuses where that my address was wrong when I have never had an problems before. I asked for the delivery cost to be refunded but nobody would Evan bother to do this they say it was attempted to be deliverd when how could they have done so if my address was wrong! All I have been offers is a 29% discount which doesn't cover the cost of next day delivery of 5.99 this has now made me more determined to not use this site ever again and I have told a load of my friends who will be doing the same. They wouldn't Evan bother answer my email I had to email them three times before they Evan replied shocking customer service. Working with customer service myself if I ever did this in my job I would be sacked.
