Quality of everything is amazing and I hadn't had any major problems apart from the website! More than once I have tried to order (normally when an offer is on) and it will not work! Also several times I've had an email advising there is an offer on but read the small print because it's not how it's written!!
Boo hoo is possibly my favourite place to shop and I have referred a lot of friends to shop on her but I think it has the worst customer service possible! They need a contact number so people can call, it is very frustrating sending emails and waiting for replies especially when it's my money that's outstanding!! They have tried telling me I haven't returned items when they are in the same parcel as items they have already refunded, how does that work??
