I ordered a Canon Camera on 21 January 2013 and according to their terms & conditions, should have received it 15 days later (worst case scenario) I only received my camera a month later, to the day. And this was after numerous emails from MY side. Not once was I contacted to say that there is a delay or anything, in fact, every time I received a reply from them, it was a totally different answer. Twice when I emailed them they told me my parcel was busy being shipped as we speak...2 weeks later, I still didn't have my camera. They then told me that there is a slight delay as it is a very popular product...this after they told me it was being dispatched. I have never experienced such incompetence from a company before. I will NEVER buy from them again and neither do I recommend them to anyone!!!

I've looked into your order and courier details, and it seems it was shipped via Express Delivery services on the 20th February and signed for on the next day. If this isn't the case, please do let us know via any one of the emails to us and we will look into this further.
