Never any problems. Last year a member of staff actually alerted us that a considerable sum of money was sent from my wifes UK bank and appeared unexpectedly at Currencies Direct, On checking with the bank we were told it had been sent in error and they did,nt have a clue who sent it or why! I dread what would have happened if it had been sent to certain other companies ie utilities etc. The bank did admit liabilty and compensated her for the upset caused. I think the word "ombudsman" had some effect on that decision. Currencies Direct who we use regularly "do what they say on the tin"
