I received an email that one of my items was all sold out but then when I received my order 3 MORE other items were missing. I looked at my invoice paper noticing at the bottom the other items that were currently out of stock aswell. Maybe because I had placed this order on a Sunday these problems occurred. As my first time shopping at Viovet I wouldn't consider this a great experience. Shipping was fast and driver was excellent. Missing items though without letting me know makes me upset. I wouldn't of placed such a big order if I knew half of them wouldn't of been available. Hopefully they come back in stock soon or else I have to find the products elsewhere and won't be ordering from VioVet again.
