We had slight problems and alternatives were offered. We made the best of a 90% pre arranged stag weekend as the rep abroad was excellent.
We were offered compensation that has finally arrived, 4 months after agreeing.
Errors were noted and advice to release would be a phone line that connects you through to a team thats just as efficient as the sales team.
Has potential & thank you release for upholding the refund.
Blame is easy to direct at the tour company but as long as liability is accepted WHERE due I think all in all perfect! Just slow customer service post travel.
