Ok but didn't listen to specific delivery instructions.

Internet sale all easy & clear. However received an email which said it would be delivered over 8 days later (instead of the 3-5 working days it stated). Rang up to enquire about this & they changed it to a Saturday delivery. However after all this the TV did not arrive on the Saturday.
