First time using this service and so far disappointed!

So far i am unimpressed with the 'non' delivery of my parcel! I have taken time off work to be at home in order to sign for my parcel.
It was arranged for today between 1:18pm and 2:18pm however NO-ONE turned up!!! I have CCTV at my house showing the front garden and road as proof of no one!!!. i received an email saying no one was at home and they put a note through my door but the funny thing is my CCTV shows otherwise!!! I called the customer services number for a lady to say it was down to human error and the delivery driver will come within the hour or early evening. This STILL has not been done and i have No parcel at 7:30pm.... Why? I need my parcel ASAP!
Incompetent people who cant be bothered to do their jobs.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience that was caused. It would seem that our driver went to the wrong address. I see that you opted to collect your goods from your local depot - I hope you had a pleasant visit?
