After the lighting unit in my aquarium failed I ordered a replacement unit. Although Pet Supermarket weren't the cheapest, I had ordered from them before & trusted their reliability. My order was dispatched within 2 days & the following day I received delivery details from the courier - DPD with delivery scheduled for a Friday. I arranged for the delivery to be left with a neighbour as I knew I would be out. When I arrived home on Friday....nothing! No delivery, no card through the door, etc. I contacted Pet Supermarket, however this was to no avail (closed over the weekend). My item was delivered on the Monday. It was not left with a neighbour but dumped at the back door. I then got an e-mail from Pet Supermarket stating they had "lost" my original correspondence & could I "re-send". Needless to say, as my item was delivered, I didn't bother. Whilst Pet Supermarket fulfilled their end, the courier service was a shambles!
I cannot commend the service other than outstanding.
Having received the pre-pay envelope on a Tuesday, I posted my phone on Wednesday & received the cheque on Friday.
Even if Mazuma weren't offering the highest price I wouldn't hesitate in using their services again.
